This product gives a great workout for pregnant women and targets the entire body. I like the choice of 40 minute and 20 minute programs as well as being able to combine them if I have the energy. Erin does a good job of trying to target the problem areas of pregnancy while embracing your belly and making you feel good about what you're doing. The only thing I might add is a little more cardio to the mix but as you get farther along in your pregnancy, getting out of breath is easy to do...so this exercise will come in handy for those last months when you just can't do much but want to stay in shape. Either way, it targets all your important muscles and challenges your ever changing body
