Tribal Fusion Bellydance star Ariellah merges three essential components of bellydance training in order to help the viewer build a solid foundation for dance and build precisely the kind of strength needed to keep the body moving fluidly. After offering a flexibility and strength-improving physical conditioning regimen consisting of a short yoga warm-up, a full yoga warm-up, and a yoga cool-down, Ariellah moves on to offer over an hour of basic and advanced-level bellydance technique drills designed to improve muscle control and allow for more precise movements. Lastly, Ariellah breaks six contemporary bellydance sequences down in a step-by-step segment that pays special attention to multiple movements and transitions. Three additional Tribal Fusion/Gothic bellydance performance pieces offer a look at just how these sequences can be used to create personalized sequences that will be as exhilarating for the dancer as they are delightful for the audience.
