I've read several scathing reviews of the performance on this DVD. And, to be honest, upon watching the first two songs I began to think, "What in the world have I bought, here?" But then I continued to watch and found myself quite mesmorized by these three, now old, guys still putting it out there. It is true that there are some "pitchy" places along the way, but it seems to me it took quite a bit of courage to perform what I consider to be some of the most vocally/acoustically intricate pop music of the last 40 years. In a world which demands such polish and shine, it's nice to hear a group that isn't so obsessed by being digitally correct, or intimidated to continue on doing what they obviously love to do despite the scars and limitations of "age." I enjoyed these performances, and had a sense that these could very well be historical at some point. CSN continues to inspire, only now in a different context, and in the stage of life when inspiration is more important than ever.
