This video is great if you enjoy standing while you exercise! There is a short segment of mat work but the real work out happens while you're upright and moving. The routine is easy to follow with modifications for those who have limited range of motion.

I enjoy this workout everytime I do it. It's challenging and really gets your heart rate pumping. This is the only one of the Crunch series that I have purchased and I use this one at least 3x a week. It's easy to follow and challenging at the same time.

I've had this DVD now for 3 years and use it often, sometimes I go a few weeks without using it, too. I have purchased other DVDs and have found none that compare to the Crunch Burn and Firm with Ellen Barrett. My legs look great. I love the abdominal routine, too. What's also great about this video is the ability to break it up in sections and incorporate portions of the routine into your own routine. I would like to find an equivalent video that works other parts of my body, but with the same intensity as the Burn and Firm.

I NEVER get tired of Ellen's voice. This is a GREAT combo workout. EASY to follow and modify if needed. Never too slow!

Ellen is a wonderful instructor.I wished I had collected earlier programs of crunch fitness with Ellen and some of the other personalities.

This is pretty good if you are e beginner or are coming back after a long period of not exercising. I bought this DVD expecting to sweat it out but I didn't ... not until yesterday when I resumed working out after a month of (forced) inactivity. If you want a more challenging workout, then you might want to hold on to the weights all the time ... The routine is easy to follow and there's no risk of injury. The instructor is methodological, explains well, and is quite pleasant. Overall, it is a nice DVD but don't expect it to blow you away.
