I thought this was a tremendous workout. After reading some reviews about this particular video I decided to purchase it. For a woman who has little to no ability to follow complex choreography, this was a great change. The infusion of weight training into a cardio routine really makes the difference. Some of the moves may seem really difficult or require a lot of balance, but with everything, the first few times are supposed to be shakey. The instructor has a positive attitude and really helps motivate you. It is also awesome that not everyone in the video has huge boobs (which seems like a staple in other workout videos). These are healthy women working out in the correct fashion. Where is volume 2?!?!

I bought this DVD because I really enjoy others in the Crunch series. This is a good workout and you do work your whole body. The problem is, I already have the Crunch Boot Camp. Cardio Sculpt is almost the same exact workout as bootcamp just not as challenging. Plus, I feel like I do not get as good of a cardio workout. If you're a begginer this is an excellent workout, but if you want more of a challenge get the Crunch Boot Camp.

I am so glad for this workout tape...it is just perfect. It was a bit difficult at first to get to working out...but after a few times I look forward to working out. I follow it religiously five days a week. I have lost over 12 lbs in 3 weeks, with working out and changing my eating habits...Good Luck

I agree with the previous reviewer! This video is great. I exercise on the treadmill regularly but was getting in a rut with that. I don't particularly like exercising but found myself looking forward to doing this video. I am not greatly coordinated but after a few time through the tape I got the hang of it. The things that I like about this tape are that it doesn't require a lot of time (the video is about 30 min.), the instructor is upbeat and positive (not annoying and overly perky), the music was inspiring (not cheesy), and it focuses on all the major muscle groups. I will certainly try others in the Crunch series!

I love this video. It's quick, some moves are fairly intense, but not overwhelmingly so. Violet Zaki is a great instructor, not irritating when she tries to motivate. I've tried some other videos, and I like Crunch's industrial gym type of atmosphere, the music is good, (WAY better than that cheesy setting and music from some of those past FIRM videos) and after doing the video once, I got the hang of it and I'm hooked. I'd recommend mixing this tape with a great cardio tape. My mom loved it too, so I got her a copy! The results happen after a few weeks, so be patient. I don't give it the full rating only because the title says ''Cardio Sculpt'' but the amount of cardio is there, not extensive. But don't worry, you'll have fun working up a sweat!
