This DVD offers three ten minute Pilates workouts that will help shape and tone the stomach, the upper legs, and the rear end. The disc contains a standard full-frame transfer. The English soundtrack is as good as it needs to be for a title like this. This disc will help people of any fitness level, but the more advanced may find it less valuable than the newcomers.

I've never done pilates before and this instructor was great for a first timer like myself. I've been doing this workout for about a month now and it has been very effective. I've definitely noticed a more lean look to my body. I highly recommend it.

I love this video. I wanted to try pilates, and was unsure as to what video to try. Well, this was the first of about 5 I bought and definitely the best. It has 3 10-minute sessions (stomach, butt and thighs), so if you don't have allot of time, u can do the section you like. This is one I even will get up a little early in the morning for. And, if I don't have the tape with me, I have learned allot of the exercises by heart so I don't necessarily need it.

I have the DVD version of this and love it!! The DVD version has an extra ten minutes of whole body Pilates so you can have a 40 minute workout if you choose to do it all. With pick your spot there are three separate areas abs, butts, and thighs. Just the areas I need!! Each segment lasts ten minutes so if you're rushed for time you can choose an area and do a quick ten minute workout. The routine is fairly simple. Plus she has a person doing a modified version of each routine...great for beginners. If you're interested in a Pilates workout, this would be a great one to get.

I purchased this video not too long ago and just did it for the first time this morning. Now, I have also purchased Winsor Pilates three months ago and love that one much better than this one. But, I will say that with this video you don't realize how much work you really are doing until you're finished and then you feel it. But it was very hard on my neck and back.

i've been doing pilates for a few years and this dvd is great if you don't (or do) have much time for the whole video. i've found each 10 minute segment really effective and this dvd is definitely a favorite of mine among my many pilates dvds

I just got it in the mail. I tried it for the first time. I really liked it. This is the first time for me to do pilates. I really liked the instructor. Even though it wasnt too hard I feel the results of the crunches today. It wasnt too fast and easy to follow. The instructor didnt seem to be cheesie or anything. Defenetly a good one for starters. I will possibly get another video by the same instructor.

This DVD has three 10 min. segments that can be done together for a 30 min. workout, or in short segments when you are short on time. My daughter (19) and I (40+) have enjoyed alternating this video with other Crunch, Firm and Windsor Pilates videos. Instructor does a great job helping you with moves.

This video is great because it is broken down into 3 10-minute segments. One for abs, thighs, and buns. If you don't have a lot of time or have a short attention span with workout videos this would be a good starter. The only bad part is that after a week or two of consistantly doing this workout I needed to do it twice or move on to a more challenging workout. Nonetheless, it is a great staple for the fitness video library.
