I am new to yoga and found this DVD easy to follow and very informative. I use it once a week with "Yoga For Your Pregnancy."

I bought this early in my pregnancy and it became a ritual - once or twice a week. Each pose is shown by women in different trimesters with modifications which is great. I used this right up until the day before I went into labor (and boy did yoga help that!).

My husband bought me this tape and Rocki's Prenatal Yoga for Christmas. I'd hoped to take a Prenatal Yoga class, but the class I'd signed up for was cancelled. This is even better. It's certainly less expensive and I can do it when I feel like it. I wanted prenatal yoga to relax me and to provide stretching excersises. This tape does both. I come away from it completely relaxed. I've been using the tape for the last month, am now 28 weeks pregnant. The instructor has a very soothing voice and reminds you to only stretch as far as you can. It's wonderful that the instructor is pregnant, you feel that she understands how you are feeling. I've only tried Rocki's tape once and hated it. There wasn't really any warm-up on that video and I came away from the tape feeling tense instead of relaxed. I'd never taken any yoga before and found this tape to be relatively easy to do. I come away feeling stretched and relaxed. Just what I wanted.

This is a great video. I started it a little late in my pregnancy but I've really enjoyed it. I always did yoga before and was pleased to see you can still do it 7 months pregnant!

I have been doing this video for about 2 weeks & I can actually sleep at night now. Before I had really bad back pain and could not get comfortable and relaxed. After doing this tape once I felt relaxed and my back didn't hurt anymore. This is a great video for anyone who has lower back pain pregnant or not.

Yoga Mama goes right into action... no mumbo-jumbo jargon talk, which is really great for the mom (or mom-to-be) on the go. The stretches and positions are very good for flexibility and tension relief, but there weren't many positions for an isometric workout. It was good to see other women during different stages of pregnancy. The instructor was clear, empathetic to pregnancy, and, thank goodness, pregnant. I'd hate to see a skinny little thing teach the class. This tape, in my opinion, is for beginners. Even though I'd have liked a more intensive workout, this tape is at least good for stretching and relieving tension.
