Its an interesting one. I like it but I wish it had more dancing in it.

Some reviewers say she isn't quite on cue and this is true. However, once you get used to that, after you've done the workout once or twice, it doesn't matter any more. The workout is actually great - I do not know if it is the most effective one for abs but it certainly gives a total body toning. Kimberly is also very pleasant and inspiring which adds to the total experience.

After having two kids I thought I'd go back to what, I thought, I knew. I used to dance for years, but I still had a very hard time keeping up with this workout. Additons are put on to the combination, with only one practice through and then she's moving on to more. Maybe it's in the editing, which is choppy at times, but still a lot to keep up with all at once in such a short time. I wish my DVD had a slow down button for her. Maybe after a few more tries, it'll get easier...I hope.
