I purchased this DVD thinking the aerobic steps would be more like moving to dance steps and dance music. The music is monotonous and the steps are just aerobic movements with a few cha-cha and samba steps thrown in. The describtion on the box was misleading and I was disappointed in what was actually demonstrated.

Get moving with the steps that are easily explained and demostrated. Having a good time for the beginner and those that have not been exercising. Just the thing to motivate a person to rethink their ideas of exercise and how it can be fun again!
