I have been using this off and on for about 18 months. It includes Tai Chi for the Body and Tai Chi for the Mind. The Tai Chi workout for the mind is easier to learn and to perform however it is also a good set of exercises for the body. The background music is soothing and a great accompaniment. When I do NOT do the exercises at least twice per week I get a sore back and some knee pain. (I am 59.) When I do the exercises twice per week the pains go away and I feel great physically and in positive mental attitude. It's as simple as that.

I had one of Carradine's tai chi workouts on vhs and found this one on DVD when my VCR broke. I am happy with it and recommend it for beginners and all practioners of tai chi. Its easy to follow and incorporate into a regular practice. I recommend.
