I love this DVD!!! The steps are easy to learn and great for beginners. After you have done the workout many times you can turn off the sound and exercise to the music only. I love the music too!
When you turn the DVD on you can choose which workout combination that you want. There is a standing pilates with some weights or you can do floor pilates. Those segments are for 10 minutes.
This is a great DVD to get into a workout routine and make it fun!!! It is good for people have not worked out in a long time.
