I am very pleased with this dvd. So far, I have only done the cardio and 2nd trimester toning since I am only 22 weeks, but I like it. The cardio is enough to raise my heart rate and get me moving, but not overdo it. Twenty minutes for each workout is perfect for me to fit into my busy schedule. I alternate cardio and toning days to get a little of each in. The dvd can be a little corny, but no worse than any other exercise dvd that I have seen. I like that there are other pregnant women who may not have a perfect body on the video. It made me feel better about myself. I would definately recommend this to any pregnant woman out there who wants to stay in shape during the long 9 months!

I really enjoy this DVD and it's helpful that the workouts are only 20 minutes. It helps to fit it in my day.

I'm in my 2nd trimester and enjoying these workouts. Just 20 minutes of safe exercising is helping me manage my weight gain, despite the fact I want to eat everything in sight! Working out just a few times a week makes me feel good about myself. I'll pass this on to other friends who become pregnant. For those who aren't pregnant, Hit the Spot Pilates helped me lose inches around my waist before I became pregnant.

Denise is upbeat and encouraging. I liked the different workouts. I would buy it again.
