This is an excellent, effective, non-boring work-out. Denise uses Yoga & Pilates in really innovative ways that keep you interested. I was afraid the ''soul'' portion of the tape would be some kind of meditation, and I was willing to give it a go, but it turned out to be a fun, nearly free-form dance that gave the session a nice finish.
