The body burn workout gets you sweating almost as soon as you start with its' combination of stretching and active fat burning. The abs and legs work outs focus on those specific areas and leave you feeling rejuvenated and feeling good.

This got me sweating after 20 min of the first workout!It tones all of the hard to tone areas. It streatches all of your muscles (especially your spine) leaving you feeling refreshed and just great! :)

This yoga DVD is great for all. The Yoga burn part starts easy and gets really really hard. However, after you do it for a few weeks you are able to do most of the stuff. Also Ms. Austin is very good at explaining things. She is an instructor that is not condesending or anything. If you want to yoga you should go grab this one.

This DVD contains four different workouts. It is an excellent yoga workout for the entire body and includes a relaxation workout that is wonderful to do after a stressful day at work.

Denise Austin becomes annoying very quickly. I'm not a fan of all of her dialogue, and there are times when a little editing could have made it better.
