    Television's Southern Sitcom Still Shines!

The departure of Charlene and Suzanne was a huge lose for the fans of "Designing Women," but even with the lose of Spoiled Suzanne and Charming Charlene, the show manages to survive and continue to bring southern charm and big laughs. Season six introduces us to Alison Sugarbaker, Julia and Suzanne's cousin, a neurotic-obnoxious witch-with-a-B, and Carlene Dobber, Charlene's sweet-naive sister from Missouri. Instantly, I feel in love with Carlene, but my now love for Alison had to steep, but once you fall in love with Alison--BAM!--she's gone by season seven. Most of the episodes are generally pretty funny, but there are a hand-full that are spectacular, and you may say they are even better than the best of the past episodes. Conclusion...it's still "Designing Women," one of the funniest all-female sitcoms! A blast everytime!
