This one was okay. Heard it was bad, not that bad but still pretty bad. Got silly at times.

Die Another Day wasn't that great. Being the 20th Bond film, it was pretty great to see some stuff from the old films. Two problems. The plot. A satellite that will destroy half the world? Mention that in twenty years. And the car. You think I sound stupid? Listen. The car can turn INVISIBLE! Mention that in eighty years!

Clearly the best action movie of the year! I am a big James Bpond fan, and I like to see somthing a little different each time I watch a Bond movie. I really like what how this movie turned out. Non-stop action with lots of stlye. There's only one word to describe Die Anotther Day...COOL!

This is quite possibly Pierce Brosnan's best James Bond movie to date!! The special effects are rather well-done and serious fans of the older Bond films will still feel right at home with this newest movie. The plot is, as usual, a bit far-fetched but still played out expertly. My only complaints would be the slapstick humor is misplaced on several occasions, and the sound effects are wretched. Other than that, get this dvd if you're an action and/or James Bond fan.

I am total Bond fanatic, I've seen all the movies multiple times, but somehow, this film is not quite up to par. Mostly because of the equal time that Halle Berry shares with Bond. It's a Bond movie, not a Jinx movie! But, despite these reservations, I must say, I love many of the fight scenes, and especially the Q scene in which many Bond fans will recognize some old equipment. All in all, if you've never seen a Bond movie before, you might like Die Another Day becuase of the equal focus on Bond and Jinx(Halle Berry), and the incredible fight scenes. The plot is good and it is definitely worthwhile to watch for Bond fans, if not just to get the inside jokes and hints from previous Bond films.

While there are many clever references to Bond movies of the past, this film fails to capture the fun and energy of the classic Bond flicks of the 60's. Pierce Brosnan is not the problem here. While he will never equal Sean Connery, he is far superior to any other actor to take on the role. It's just that the plot is so darned preposterous, and not in a good way. And Halle Berry gets way too much face time, especially considering her character is the least interesting female in the movie. Yes, there are gadgets galore, and Bond does his usual globetrotting, but you can't help but watch this movie and feel something is missing.

You people are crazy this is a great Bond film! Its a side of bond we have never seen before, and yet he over comes as he always does. Pierce Brosnon has to be one of the best Bonds ever.

Die Another Day returns viewers to the original Bond movie quality. With twists and turns, great action scenes, hi-tech gadgets, beautiful women, and the always popular one-liners, this movie was a much needed addition to the saga. Brosnan offers his best preformance yet in the role, seeming as natural and exciting as Connery and Moore. Halle Berry fits in perfectly as the butt-kicking ''Bond girl.'' Toby Stephens is the perfect a bad guy. The best since Christopher Walken as Max Zorin in AView To A Kill. The script was by far, the most well developed, and best written since License To Kill.

This film, released very timely after XXX's release, once again showed the world that no one can replace the man himself. This film, with enough action, wit, and sex to keep even the sceptics in good humor, is one of the better Bond films. Although the final action sequence is a little far-fetched, it still gives us a nostalgic look at the Bond film we missed with THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH. DIE ANOTHER DAY is truly entertaining and takes a giant leap in the right direction with women's lib. too! And let me not forget to mention that Pierce Brosnan establishes himself as a Bond in this film, like no one has done since the days of the true James Bond, Mr. Connery.

James Bond character is suave, calm, and unruffled, Ian Fleming did never imagined this would happen to his character, but Broccoli’s made superman out of James Bond. However, Bond’s original taste, some lip-smacking scenes are there, but also push 007 classy character into graphics driven, sci-fi adventure.

Brosnen scores another sensational performance as 007. While some may think the CGi and other toys in the move may be over the top, it is after all the 21st century. As always the storyline keeps you on the edge of your seat. Halle Berry makes a great superspy in her own right and does wonders for breaking the sexist dinosaur mold of James. The villianry of DAD is at best corny but hey somebody ahd to be the bad guy. Last but not least, Madonna. Darling, stay with what you know. The music is awesome..... stay off of the big screen!

Don't misunderstand, overall i enjoyed the movie, however there were some very non-bondlike techniques employed of which i disapprove. First rule of bond, no CGI. Part of the appeal of the series has always been that some crazy guy is actually doing those amazing stunts. The computer graphics only cheapen the thrill. Next rule, no Matrix-like slow motion or superspeed camera tricks. Bond is better than that. Also the invisible car was a bit much. The gadgets should be cutting edge, maybe a few years in the future, not silly. He's Bond, not Wonderwoman. But flaws aside there was more than enough quips, gadgets, exotic locations, beautiful women and the action we've all come to expect from Bond to entertain the masses...and as a speical treat for Bond fans there are a lot of allusions to the past to mark the 20th edition. A little disappointing but not w/o its merits.
