A bona fide yoga master, Wong - who has trained celebrities for years - instructs the viewer in proper corporal alignment, a process that enables energy to flow more smoothly and freely through his or her body. Designed for beginners and intermediates, the program discusses sophisticated breathing techniques, wrist and shoulder positioning, warrior salutations, and hip openers. This interactive program also allows the viewer to freely select between a full sixty-minute workout, one of two thirty minute workouts, or individual segments of the full workout.
