    Yoga made easy

    I gave this dvd to a woman who has Osteoarthritis and needed to exercise within limits. Her doctor approved the dvd and she loves the easy to learn exercises. I would reccomend this dvd to anyone not able to do all of the regular yoga poses but enjoys a good workout.
    It was priced so that anyone could afford to buy it.

    Everything about this DVD and this teacher points to health. The relaxation poses are subtly modified to be doable by any skill level and still provide benefit. No fancy phrasing but the intention is clear, no ego or pretending, the movements slowly bring your body around to internal awareness and symmetry. Glad I found it.
