In her new career as a certified personal trainer and instructor of Yoga, (Core Fusion and Core Energy Flow) Elises' clients have included Amanda Seyfried, Cheryl Tiegs, and Christine Lahti.

I was weary to try this dvd because I was afraid I wouldn't get much of a challenge...I am an avid exerciser and picked up this workout to strengthen my dancer legs and improve my fundamental techniques. This workout combines a number of plies, leg raises in different types of ballet forms, and even a portion of cardio using jumps. The dvd makes you think you won't get much out of it until you actually try the moves..it will kick you butt and make you sore the next day...in a good way. The ab section is wonderful and is quite a challenge. A great stretching and toning video that will shape your body

I haven't done ballet in over 10 years, but recently thought ballet exercises might make my workout routine a bit more fun. I loved this DVD and as I write this review my muscles are definitely feeling the work. It is very easy to follow the steps and very enjoyable move through the exercises. I highly recommend this DVD; it might even inspire you to take a ballet class- I know I just might.

I've never done ballet and I'm not a dancer. I regularly do 30-45 min. on the elliptical, some weight training (more for cardio than adding strength) and yoga, but this DVD kicked my butt. I only did the first 20 min of it and by the end of the day and the next my quads were so tight and sore that I had a hard time bending my knees to sit and going down the steps was next to impossible. Go slowly with this if you don't do weight training to build muscle and/or you've never done this kind of exercise before; it seemed so easy and now I'm so grateful I was interrupted in the middle before finishing because I can't imagine feeling any more pain than I did.

I love this DVD. Ever since I starting exercising with Element Ballet Conditioning my flexibility in my joints and legs has improve greatly, especially when one in going towards its 50's. I purchase it for me, and I had to buy another DVD for my sister. She also enjoyed the exercises. Thanks for creating a Great Exercises DVD !!!..Moises.

Elise is very charming and has a gift for explaining and demonstrating clearly. You'll work hard, but you won't waste precious minutes scratching your head wondering what she's asking you to do, which happens on some workout programs. I was able to follow along immediately. I have exercised for years and needed something that would be a challenge. This workout definitely provides a challenge ... and the beautiful, classic ballet moves build grace and stamina. Highly recommended.
