This DVD is awesome! I started it in my second trimester because I wanted to find ways of staying fit. I've never done Yoga beforehand but the Instructer gave clear directions that were easy to follow. If you're looking for a good way to relax and workout then this is the DVD for you. The best part is that it has a postnatal workout that you can do for as long as you want way after you have the baby. I still use this DVD and my son is almost two years old. I recommend this DVD to all my friends who are also moms or are expecting. Great for beginners and also those who practice yoga on the regular
