I really enjoyed doing these workouts -- I first tried the one for relaxation, which is more my style - being in a pose and holding it for several breaths, rather than moving swiftly between poses without settling in. The energy session was really good, too, although at times, it was a little quick between poses (before I could really get into the first one, he was moving to a second pose already). Overall, though, I have tried many yoga videos out there and really like the Element series the best.
I have found these yoga programs to be very effective. I am ordering more copies for family and friends.
