I was skeptical that this fitness routine would be anything more than a gimmick. I am an avid athlete and exercise 7 days a week. I am in good shape, but as a perfectionist I always see room for improvement. After two weeks of incorporating this into my larger routines I am noticing outstanding results! Exhale's Core Fusion- Pilates plus is giving me the long, lean dancer legs that I never thought possible. I seemed genetically destined to have power-house thighs, and remember I'm still doing my regular strength and cardio routines--so the addition of this workout is the only difference. Amazing. You must try it and give it some time.

This workout killed my back, giving me partial temporary paralysis and pain. (I have two compromised vertebrae.) The moves are adapted from most other exercise routines. The picture on the cover is good for visualization, if you're into that. And the disc is good for Ninja-type moves on solicitors and salespeople who refuse to leave your front door. If you have a bad back, you might find T-Tapp helpful.
