This is my second Exhale DVD (the first is the Pilates Core fusion). I prefer the core fusion because it's more dynamic, but that's not to say this is an ok DVD. To the contrary, it's a very good workout. The focus on this one is clearly the lower body (as the title denotes). They give excellent inner thigh workouts that are felt deeply in my muscles. I am a semi-advanced athlete and need to tone my lower body. I've used it sparingly, but sense already an improvement in my range of motion. I attribute this to the Exhale workout. Intend to report back again in the next few months with a more definitive claim on how it worked for me. In the meantime, based on what I've experienced from this and the other DVD it's worth the small investment.
