Shows everything that there was to show. From the Saudi control of 7% of the Econemy to their connections to the Bush's. The internal aspects of Both wars and the way it afftected small town AMerica. The biggets thing that the movie showed was the heart felt love that the majority of Americans had for Al Gore, the true peopl's President.

One of the most important films in decades!

While the seven minutes of Bush's 'deer in the headlights' look after being told of the WTC disaster is damning enough, I wish Mr. Moore could have also included the 20 minutes of 'photo op' Bush spent with supporters AFTER the 7 minutes! While our country burned, Bush 'fiddled'. F9/11 is a must see for anyone who cares about America.

Excellent film!!!

If anyone wants to become aware of what's going on in politics, this is the movie. This film uncovers many things that have been swepted under the rug, and how we Americans are being screwed. Very informative film. If this film is not enough to make you decide on who you want to vote for this year, you must be related to Bushs'. Dumb, Dumber, and Dumberer. Father, son, and you. Watch it; you won't regret. I guarentee you.

This movie ROCKS!

Unlike the viewer who stated 'watch this movie if you have nothing else to do,' I strongly suggest that everybody make time to watch it even if you have several things to do. Not only is this documentary excellently produced, combining fascinating footage, a riveting plot, and amazingly apt song choices, it also provokes deep thoughts about the 43rd presidency and the general state of American culture. Fahrenheit 9/11 is entertaining as well as factual, combining elements of tragedy and comedy into a seamless whole. This movie should be required watching for every American, whether eligible to vote or not. Please don't pass up on this movie, and definitely watch it before the elections! It will help you make an educated decision and provide you hours of great entertainment and discussion.

THINK!!!! QUESTION AUTHORITY!!!! IT'S YOUR DUTY!!!!!!

This film asks viewers to think and question status quo--any film that does that gets a thumbs up from me. Fahrenheit 9/11 in particular raises major issues that American people should be informing themselves on, regardless of their political party. Moore has taken a lot of heat, but it's misplaced. Approximately a dozen lawyers and fact-checkers hired by the film industry could not find any falsehoods within the movie; hence, the LACK of any kind of liable suits filed by an administration with the best lawyers on the planet. Hmmm. Think! It is NOT unpatriotic to question authority. In fact, you are socially obligated as a citizen of a FREE COUNTRY. Don¿t let those ¿Dixie Chic CD-Burners¿ tell you different! Take advantage of your freedom¿INFORM YOURSELVES beyond the mass media sound-bites and please do not forget to VOTE this November 2nd. It is your duty!!!!

Not just for Democrats and Liberals

Excellent movie that really is thought provoking. Provides a lot of information--both true and what seems to be perhaps speculation--but nonetheless really makes voters think in this upcoming election. VERY worthwhile to watch before November (especially if you want time to research all of the stuff from his documentary).

Prepare for November

Informative and entertaining. Over the top in places. When you aren't laughing, you're cringing at the thought that G.W. ever became President. The cool thing is that M.Moore cannot be sued for libel or slander because all quotes from G.W. are pulled from existing videotapes! Moore asks questions which every citizen should have been asking themselves the last four years.

Too bad it won't reach the right people!

If we didn't have Michael Moore, we would need to invent him. Instead of name calling and belittling those who disagee, as do the conservative talk shows do, he presents hard facts. This movie connects the dots and makes anyone who has the capacity to think, think!

Sad day

Moore makes some decent points in this movie about our government. Even if you DON'T buy into the whole bush/911 thing, there is a lot of solid proof packed in one movie that something scandolous in the White House has taken place (aside from Clinton and cheating, which btw, who cares?) Furthermore, it's interesting to see how are super smart president chose to take actions after he was informed of the tragedy. He didn't. He just a kept on reading to those little kids. If you noticed, no one was spitting out solid answers to his questions. It probably would have been better for someone to step in and say something if the guy wasn't hitting the nail on the head on any of his topics. Oh, and Bush wanted the war just so he could finish what ol' papa couldn't. Thanks for killing lots of innocent people to find those "weapons of mass destruction" that we found. Classic.

Eight years out from the fateful day

and Michael Moore's docuementary is a compelling look at the lead up to that day and what happended after it, particularly with respect to the White House.

I don't know where this un-American came from... and I don't care.. but to criticize people and tell lies like he has is just crazy! Look at the people who think he is telling the truth in this movie... their total IQ probably doesn't even equal that of a dung beatle. He has the same old rheotric about how Bush caused the planes to fly into the buildings... ho hum... more lies. How dumb does he think we are? Do you really think a President has that much power? Mr. Moore, you're an idiot, and deserve nothing more than to be put into a room with no escape with the likes of Susan "I hate America", Rosie "I'm a fat loser" O'donell or any other idiot that thinks Bush caused 9/11... Look at the truth... your precious Clinton had Bin Laden on a silver platter and said he didn't want to get his hands dirty with that mess... well, he sure as hell didn't mind getting his hands, and dresses dirty in the Oval office, now did he... if he had concentrated more on terrorism rather than fat interns, perhaps 9/11 wouldn't have happened. Go think about that, you fat loser!

Michael Moore brought the genre of comedy to the dying breed of documentaries. With this important film, Moore establishes the sinister implications of Bush's regime and its consequences. The film follows Bush, the Saudis, and others as they have wrecked our country, as scandal after scandal unfolds, until you finally ask, "Who really rules this country?"

That's how I think Michael Moore looks at things... Mr. Moore is indeed "talented" and "creative" if those terms involve taking his views of matters and then cutting and pasting film into a collage that supports ANYTHING that he tries to "prove". However, after actually viewing this film, I then went on to view the Dick Morris film, "FahrenHYPE 911" to see what Moore's most outspoken critic had to say. [While that's something that most people I've talked to DIDN'T do, I try to view BOTH sides of an issue before I make up my mind about whom to believe.] Some interesting examples of Moore's "creativity" include the following facts "also shown on video/news clips that Michael Moore DIDN'T use, but EDITED OUT of his presentation...." 1. While showing President Bush's remarks about his "rich people" constituency, Moore DOESN'T show his viewers that AL GORE was seated directly to GWB's right, and a Catholic cardinal to the left of the podium, and BOTH men were laughing at Bush's jokes....By the way, the dinner at which these remarks were made is the ANNUAL Al Smith Children's Charity Dinner - attended by prominent members of BOTH political parties! 2. The footage of the soldier in the hospital and also the footage of the slaine military member's funeral WAS TAKEN WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE, PERMISSION OR ATTRIBUTION. In addition to this, NEITHER the "interviewed" soldier OR the family of the fallen soldier were given EVEN ONE RED CENT for the use of their pictures by Michael Moore! In both instances, these individuals learned that they had been included in the film AFTER it had been theatrically released - WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION. The hospitalized soldier learned of his inclusion in Moore's film when his friends started calling him "movie star"....and he didn't understand the reference until they told him about his "role" in the Moore film!! [These are hardly the actions of an ethical documentarian!] 3. In relation to the comment #2, Dick Morris re-interviews both the wounded soldier and the mother of the slain soldier whose funeral is shown in Fahrenheit 911, and gives them a chance to explain what happened regarding the full text of their "alleged" comments. aAlso, in the case of the bereaved mother, Morris gives her the chance to express her outrage that Michael Moore used footage from her son's funeral WITHOUT EVEN ASKING HER PERMISSION FIRST, and WITHOUT her knowledge! [Shouldn't this be deeply troubling to liberals claiming to respect an individual's right to privacy??] I defend everyone's right to free speech, but those who unquestioningly applaud Michael Moore's film should also take the time to see the "rebuttal film", FahrenHYPE 911. Freedom of speech has to apply to BOTH sides of the "argument", or it ISN'T FREE.....One-sided "freedom" is propaganda!

You could be republican or democrat, but that doesn't change the fact this is an important movie. So many kids grow up and believe that what their parents believe is correct. There is so little independent thought. Many kids think that war is simple: you live or die. The news makes it seem that way. What people fail to see is that if you go to war (and for what? chemical weapons that aren't in Iraq? To catch osama bin laden? To ATTEMPT to bring democracy successfully? These are merely excuses.) you might come back with a chunk out of your arm. People have had their nose blown off. You could lose a leg. Maybe a chunk of your head will get blow off. But you will have to continue to live. I don't think many people imagine what it's like to live with a missing eyeball or have a blown off limb or brain damage or a missing part of your face. We take things for granted all to often. By the day people are having these things happening to them. Their lives are being destroyed or cut short. And the people of Iraq as well. Innocents. Men, women, and CHILDREN are being shot, bombed, and everything else. But those aren't things people want to see on the news. That could be too sad. We need to wake up and get out or Iraq, and stop having people killed.

Mr Moore is not a historian or a political scientist. He attempts to explain events to fit a preconceived idea. He overlooks democratic policy failures while highlighting perceived Bush failings. This "documentary" is one big "I hate America" commercial.

Alright... I Hope

Honestly, I don't know what to make of this film. It obviously panders to the liberal Democratic constituency. Most of the information that Moore shows that is a bit disturbing, I already knew. Most of it is correct, although if you one knows politics, he exaggerates the claims. Where the Saudis in the bed with the Carlyle Group? Of course. Where the Bush family involved, too? Of course, but so many else are and were who are in the White House and Capitol Hill including Tom DeLay, Zell Miller, and James Baker.

Time will tell ...

And time has told us how truthful this movie is and the impact it will have on our lives forever.

The Best Political Book Ever

Fahrenheit 9/11 This book is great for people that are in love with hating George Bush and the truth about him and his presidency. I think this book would be important if you cared about what happen September 11, 2001 because this book talks all about it. It tells you all about what happen with Bush his priorities and all his lounging around the country. And it even has secret documents about thing people from the White House said about what was going on. And it even has comics at the end making fun of George Bush during the election.

Propaganda, anyone?

Michael Moore's brilliance is shown in how he manipulates circumstances to totally show President Bush's downfalls. While much of what is shown is fact, it must be admitted that much is taken extremely out of context. If you're a biased Conservative, you'll hate this with a passion. If you're a TurboLiberal, you'll probably love it. All in all, it was a solid mockumentary.
