I am feeling Fat Albert and definitely recommend all of his videos. Upon the release of his other classic cartoons I can't wait for the release of his other holiday specials such as the Halloween and Christmas specials. These guys are comical and classical.

I just bought the Fat Albert Easter Special and it was definitely worth the wait. As I've seen people write on other boards, it was really nice to watch an Easter special that was a bit deeper than usual. Rudy (my favorite character hands down), after attempting a foolish practical joke, accidentally causes Mudfoot to get seriously hurt. Now Fat Albert has to help Mudfoot get better, and get Rudy to stop punishing himself for his mistake. I wasn't around when this cartoon was on the air but it continues to impress me; it deals with real human emotions as well as being very amusing. This particular special also brings together the sacred and secular celebrations of Easter. The plot parallels the religious Easter story (which is refreshing) and also says there's nothing wrong with painting eggs and eating chocolate bunnies. As Fat Albert points out, they symbolize new life. Happy Easter!
