Some say that, for many, Christmas is the loneliest time of the year, and just as a hapless group of unsuspecting Argentineans feel they may have hit rock bottom, their lives begin to intersect in a way that may offer a glimmer of hope. Here's an example of a story on film by a writer-director who has alot on his mind. The action takes place on Christmas Eve in and around Buenos Aires. With one or two exceptions, the dramatic situations are grimn or depressing, and New Yorkers just may make comparisons with NYC in 2009. Recommended for those willing to take a chance.
