Death once again shows he's determined to get what he wants in this teen-centric thriller. Wendy Mary Elizabeth Winstead is a high school student hanging out with her friends at an amusement park one night when they decide to ride on the roller coaster. Wendy, however, has a premonition that something horrible will happen, and finds a way to save herself shortly before the ride goes off the rails, killing most of its passengers, including her boyfriend, Jason Jesse Moss, and best friend, Carrie Gina Holden. However, while Wendy may have survived the night at the park, she soon discovers that a malevolent spirit is following her and her classmates as they begin dying in strange and horrible ways. Wendy learns that a series of snapshots taken that evening give clues to the mayhem that followed her pals, and she teams up with Kevin Ryan Merriman, Carrie's sweetheart, to try to warn the potential victims about the fates soon to befall them. Final Destination 3 was directed and co-scripted by James Wong, who also helmed the first two films in the franchise.

    AWESOME!!! My Favorite Movie!

FD 3 is amazing and it's one of my favorite movies. I think it's the best one of all of them. I love horror movies and this has the perfect amount of blood and gore, suspense, and plot twists. The plot is very captivating and the film has high quality acting. The deaths in this one are very cool and intricate. My favorite character is Erin and my favorite part is the nailgun scene(Alexz Johnson and Mary Elizabeth Winstead are awesome!). OMG the tanning bed scene is super scary but I loved it. Be sure to play the "Choose Your Fate" bonus feature it's so cool. I a huge fan of this series and I can't wait for the 5th one next summer!!!

    more from this reviewer

    Destination Unknown

It seems like it was be difficult to screw this one up, considering the previous two installments were a blast. Hell, it even had a rollercoaster in it, but that didn't make up for how cheesy this movie came off. The whole movie seemed very forced. The acting was crappy. The gore and graphics were b-rated. None of the deaths were very original as in previous Destinations. It might have had to do with the fact that it was a 3D movie. Generally those suck because they try to focus on the 3D part and not the movie being decent. Here's hoping the newest installment is better.

I thought F.D3 was a sad movie. I don't usually cry in movies but I almost started to cry at the end of this movie.

outstanding ranks in horror film history

This movie is one of my favorite movies and the one that made me want to start riding rollercoasters and I wanted to tell myself that rollercoasters are scary but now I think that they are very fun and I can't take my eyes off of them. The only thing that I couldn't stand about this movie is that it started out sad. Because the two kids that got off of the rides boyfriend and girlfriend got killed in the wreak. I also thought that the movie needed to move alot faster. But besides that I loved the movie and I thouhgt that it was rally scary.

    UUUuuggly.

Let me correct eveyone who reviewed this movie. It was bad. Not good. Anyone who loved the first two will probably dislike this one. I did. It's cheesy as if it should have been one of those B-rated, straight to dvd, movies. It's not even scary. I was dissapointed.

    Final Destination 3

Although he may not appear in the movie, he does the voice for the devil at the entrance to Devil's Flight.

    A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED

If you loved 1 and 2 you may be disappointed by 3. The survivors don't bond in this sequel which takes away from the story. You don't get an opportunity to know the characters. And where is Tony Todd? But if you like gore, you'll love it.

This is one of the best horror movies ever. It has the average amount of blood and gore that you would expect from a movie like this.
