Overview
This one-hour PBS documentary is a visual biography of Nobel Prize-winning author, Holocaust survivor, and human rights activist Elie Wiesel. Much of the film is comprised of a journey taken by Wiesel to his home village of Sighet, Romania, from which he and the rest of the Jewish population were cold-bloodedly relocated to the infamous Auschwitz death camp in 1939.
