    woahhhhhhhhh! talk about hardcore... but it feels AWESOME! I highly recommend for someone looking to feel the burn while gaining some flexibility. The core workout is killer... definitely feel it in the abs the next day. Also note that Gwen trains pro football players so a lot of the stuff is focused on the shoulders... this is good and bad. Im hoping it will help with climbing. :) Would also be great for guys!

    A must-have for yoga pros and newcomers alike!

    If you've been looking for a yoga workout that actually FEELS like a workout, this is it. Not for the faint of heart (or any other muscle), this DVD provides three 20-minute segments customized to specific body parts (upper, lower, core). You can do one a day or all three. Plus, there's a bonus "Express Toning" 10-minute routine - great for a general warm-up. Though the workout's slightly challenging in parts, those new to the practice will gain the needed strength to master the DVD quickly, if they're persistent....
