I have done a lot of workout videos, and these DVDs are by far the worst I have ever seen! Each workout I tried was worse than the one before, not to mention the fact that each of the 10 DVDs began with a 3 minute, non-skippable trailer for some paid-subscription fitness website I had never heard of. Choreography on the workouts is not synchronized and the film quality is worse than the bootleg movies you can buy on the street in Times Square. If you want to workout by laughing, then this selection may be for you, as the outfits, hairstyles and commentary of the inexperienced, no-name instructors are hilariously absurd!!! I was particularly amused by the 'Tai Fit' workout, a B-rate knock-off of the well known 'Tae Bo' workouts led by a wannna-be Billy Blanks. On a positive note, this compilation really makes you appreciate the quality of true experts like Minna Lessig, Denise Austin and Kathy Smith.

This was like a collection of all the worst and oldest dvd's that ever existed. A complete waste of money but then you know you get what you pay for. No wonder this was dirt cheap. The workouts were extremely boring and the music was so old. It seemed as if all of the workouts and the videos were from the 80's but still did not make the cut then. Save yourself the time and the little bit of money. They should seriously take this off the market.

Let me tell you. I have a HUGE workout DVD collection and never came across something like this. This is the worst DVD fitness I have ever purchased. Please save your money. This is a waste. It looked like it was made from the 80s. It was awful. I can't believe they sale this stuff. To bad I lost my money on this DVD. None of my friends even want it for FREE!! Thats how bad it is.
