    AWSOME!

I just got Suzaku on DVD (Took me a half a year to get the dough for it. Had to save all my babysitting $, Gift Certificates and X-mas $) IT ROCKS! You have to buy this anime, it's undoubtably one of the best I've ever watched. I'm in love with it! ..::Wingweaver::..

Not a masterpiece, but very good

This series, while great, is still not as good as many of the reviewers say. While it is very good, the premise of being taken into another world has been done noticeably better (in Now and Then, Here and There). That having been said, it is definitely worth seeing, I would just recommend seeing the true masterpiece of the genre first.

    WOO-HOO! FY ROCKS

OH YEAH! Fushigi Yuugi ROX! I used to be a huge Sailor Moon fanatic, then my friend's friend showed her FY, then introduced it to me! AND TASKI ROCKS, HE IS SSSSIZZLING HOT! And he's really funny! (I'm not sure on how to spell his name though) But, once you see Fushigi Yuugi, you lose your need to watch Sailor Moon, its kinda cheesy after FY.!(In my mind FY can be kinda sick at some times, but then again, I am not yet 14!)

    A MUST BUY!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought the suzaku and seiryuu boxsets a few months ago and loved them. Since then fushigi yugi has become my fav anime/manga series. The characters are well developed and interact very well. It has drama, action, romance, and comedy. All in all, worth the money. If your debating on getting it, I say go for it, you won't regret it.

    I LOVE FUSHIGI YUGI!!!

I just ordered this. Now I just need to wait for it to be delievered. I love this anime. I wanted to get it on DVD but there was no way I could even afford let alone getting my mom to let me buy it. So I bought this. It took a day to convince her to let me spend all my money on it, but, hey, I think it's worth it.

    My Favorite Anime

I really enjoyed this whole series. I leaned about it when a friend in the dorms had the first 5 tapes. I watched them and was completely hooked. The story was well written, VERY funny, action packed, and touching. Miaka and Tamahome are two of the coolest anime characters I've ever seen. In other words: GET THIS ANIME

    MY FAVVVVVV... .ANIME

This is probably the best anime i have ever watched.... i just ordered the dvds... ^^ yes, it is expensive... and i have said that to myself over and over and over.... but i then thought about it and said ''it is well worth it.'' so i bought it.... just have to wait now. I also bought the mangas... THEY ARE GREAT TOO!!!... these are FAR better than the sailormoon mangas... man... the sailormoon ones compared to FY SUXX!!! i ordered it and was sooo upset by it i returned them. I am a sailormoon fan too but i didn't like the mangas... FY is a beloved and cherished story.... I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH... HOTOHORI IS THE BEST!!! ^.^* well if u r like me... and just looking at the price u are like NO WAY... i was in u're position before. I probably stared at it over and over for months before i had the courage to say I'M GETTING IT!!! it took me probably 6 months... hahaha yea i'm pathetic. So don't end up like moi! GO FOR IT!!!

    Terrific Series

I was not much of an anime fan when I first saw this set. In fact I was somewhat reluctant whena friend asked me to watch it, but I am reallyglad I did! This series has single handedly turned me into anotaku, and I just can't get enough. The plot is great, the character interaction is well developed, and I guarantee you'll find yourself rooting for the heroine, and hollering at the screen when the characters from the good side battle the evil.

    Overpriced

This is a wonderful set of episodes the only problem I see is the price. If you really want to see them all then I suppose you could pay but if you wait it might get cheaper. As for me I'm an addict so I have to buy it ^_^

    Fushigi Yuugi

First off, Fushigi Yuugi is comprised of two seasons, meaning fifty-two episodes. If you do not plan on purchasing the second season DVD when it becomes available, you're missing out. Fushigi Yuugi is a fantasy animation in which the main character is Yuuki Miaka. She and her best friend Yui Hongo, find a book in a forbidden area of a library that sends Miaka and Yui into the more primal era of Japanese (or Chinese) history. The first people they meet in ancient history? A band of thugs that sell girls for profit... Fushigi Yuugi is an engaging series, once you start watching, you're going to watch it to the end, and then watch it over again. Fushigi Yuugi can be classified as a drama with comedy and action mixed in. If it weren't for the occassional jokes here and there, this series would be all too serious. All in all, Fushigi Yuugi has great character development and a great storyline. It manages to break some anime cliches while embellishing on some. Fushigi Yuggi is definitely worth checking out... Remember that the price is for about twenty six epidoes.
