I love this series and would recommend it to almost anyone, the product itself has been a matter of some controversy. Personally, I have no problem with it (except that the calendar doesn't include robot party week), but here are some issues other customers have had:
There is no blue ray, and the first run isn't HD. The volumes and movies are cased in cardstock cases that can get damaged and aren't as high-quality as the DVD cases the separate volumes are sold in (though this may be largely because it is much cheaper to buy this box set than each separate volume and movie). No complaints on the outside packaging though, this is the whole series, with lots of special features, commentaries, deleted scenes, a calendar, and postcards in Bender's Game. Overall, I was very satisfied.
