I take care of kids from 2 to 10, mostly the 3-7 range but it varies. This has been a big hit with the kids and a lifesaver for a caregiver with a room full of energetic unfocused little people. They get exercise, express creativity and stay focused for quite awhile and wind down too.

I wish there were more kid's yoga videos on the market. My children don't respond to this video so well and I really don't enjoy doing the poses with them. I'm not saying its bad, just not for us. I hope there will be some more choices soon to get more kids interested in yoga.

Our 3 year old loves this. She did it at her Oma's for a few months then we got at home too. She looks at it as a treat as she doesn't generally watch much TV. Good to help develop physical awareness, stability and balance.
