    Fabulous Workouts!

    I have been exercising to videos for over 20 years. I've tried so many videos! These are by far better than any of the rest. Excellent for strength training and losing weight. She has a pleasant voice and is motivational, but she isn't irritating about it. The set is nice and I like the people that workout with her. The music is good. The videos have an overall nice feeling to them. I love these workouts.
