    Great Workout

    This was a great workout. Gilad's instructions were easy to follow and the workout was challenging and got my heart rate up. I highly recommend this DVD for a excellent at home workout.

    It's okay

    This workout got a little tougher towards the end, but I felt it was definitely geared more towards beginners. There is a break between each section that I found to be a momentum killer. The scenery is beautiful, though.
