Featuring a twist in the plot that reminds me of something as amazing as The Usual Suspects, this little gem boldly pulls the viewer into a world (which IS real, just one we almost never see or experience in a country as wealthy and as isolated as the US) in which people must eventually pay for their wrongdoings in catastrophic ways. It's also a world in which anyone, even a child, can do persuaded in curious ways to say or do shocking things - the finale packs quite a punch! Not for the faint of heart, I tell you...
