    Halo Soundtracks and Videos

I finally was able to purchase the sound tracks of the Halo series, Halo One, Halo Two, Halo ODST and Halo Wars, as well as the DVD, Halo Legends, and must say that the quality of production is increditable. There is simply no better background music to work or read to than these productions. I might go so far as to say even meditate with these sounds in the background. The video production, Halo Legends, is also top quality and only wets one's whistle for thecoming Halo Reach computer game.

    Awesomeness

Much like the Animatrix before it, Halo Legends gives stunning insight into the deep, rich, complex world that is Halo.

From the surprisingly easy to understand history of the Forerunners to the lighthearted short from the creative team behind Dragon Ball Z, Legends will show many different aspects of the Halo Universe.

This film explores the rivalry between ODST and Spartans, and gives history regarding the children who would one day wear the armor bearing the banner "Spartan."

All in all, its a great film (or collection of shorts) for Halo fans, but like the Animatrix, those who are not fans have little to gain from this other than the incredibly well crafted stories and animation styles.
