This is a great tape for simple postures that help us with pain and aliments. It is great because each sequence is just the right amount of time. The relief is unexceptional. The postures are perfect for any level. Thank you Rodney. I had this tape before and lent it out. When I went to buy it I had a hard time because the name was changed. Luckily it referenced formally Remedies for Natural Healing.
