    AWESOME !!!

    I have lot's of other dance workout videos and this is the best. I like it so much I sometimes do two 45 minute sessions each day. This is the only workout video I have that I look forward to doing. It is not a chore, it is wonderful. I am going to buy all of Hemalayaa's other videos now that I know this is the style I love. It keeps your heart rate at a perfect level and really involves the core muscles of the torso for fantastic abs but the focus is your butt and you can feel it work your booty. It is also very sensual. It has the same effect as yoga (sensual)---you feel really good during and afterwards.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    This work out doesn't feel like a chore! It's fun and hard at the same time. You will sweat but you WILL ENJOY EVERY MINUTE OF IT! (: Amazing workout(:
