There, she meets a music video producer David Moscow who offers her a chance to be a choreographer -- but at a price she eventually learns she's unwilling to pay. Determined to pick herself back up, Honey goes back to the inner-city of her youth with plans of starting a dance school. Lil' Romeo co-stars as Honey's protege; other real-life musicians including Missy Elliott, Tweet, Jay-Z, and Ginuwine appear as themselves.

    Awesome Movie!!!

I give this movie 5 stars, because after I saw it, it just made me want to jump up and dance like a fool. It showed me to dance thru your heart even if you stink, and not be afraid to show my tru self. Highly recommended for true dancers (professional, or just dancin in front of the mirror.)

    Ehh

I did not like this movie at all. I expected it to be a 'cute' teen drama but it was not. I wasn't convinced of too much of anything about this movie but I do appreciate the message that it was trying to convey, therefore moving my opinion of one stars up to two.
