    Loved it!

This is the best new series on television. Even though it's starting it's 3rd season on the USA Network, it still feels new. Mary McCormack is great as the lead character. It is a well written and engaging show with a strong female lead character that is seldom seen on network television.

The series follows the character Mary Shannon, her family, her boyfriend and her partner at the US Marshall Service Marshall Mann. Yes, he's U.S. Marshall Marshall Mann (played by Frederick Weller). They work in the witness protection division and have a new witness to protect and relocate/hide every week.

If you like THe Closer, Burn Notice or similar shows, you will undoubtedly be a big fan of In Plain Sight too. Great DVD set with all the season two shows plus some fun bonus material with the gag reel (always my favorite bonus material in any set!) and some nice commentary sections from the stars and from the executive producers.

    In Plain Sight Season 2

I enjoyed watching every episode one after the other. It made many of the details of the continuing story lines come together and make sense. I would recommend this way of re-seeing most TV shows to everyone. Every once in a while the DVD would freeze but it would start when I pushed the start button. This is 56 words but I need 100 to be entered in the contest so I'll just keep writing "thanks for the experience" to make up the 100 words. thanks for the experience! thanks for the experience! thanks for the experience! thanks for the experience! thanks for the experience! I did enjoy watching in quick sequence.

    I Also Recommend:

    A Great Escape

Mary is great at her job in Witness Protection. So is her partner Marshall who deeply loves Mary even though she doesn't seem to notice. But Mary does seem to see all the details necessary to protect her charges even when things turn violent. In contrast Mary remains clueless when it comes to her quirky family. There is never a dull moment in Mary's world.
Solid writing, outstanding acting, great scenery, unique characters, fresh stories, and fun extras make In Plain Sight season 2 a great media escape.
