In my opinion, Insidious is the scariest horror movie out there

In my opinion, Insidious is the scariest horror movie out there today. This film is able to make you jump on almost every turn, but it also show how far a father would go for his son.
The movie is just about a normal family living in a house. When one day while the boy was playing in the attic, he fell off the ladder and hit his head. In which he sees something terrifying. His parents rush and check on him. Then that night his parent tuck him in and tell him no more in the attic.
The next morning he doesnt awaken and has slipped in a coma. In reality, a demon has captured him and is trying to take over his body. So his father has to travel to the spirt world and get him back.
I thought the special effects were awesome. To jumping on almost every scene to the design of how the demon looked. With his big yellow eyes, spike tip tail, red skin, hooves and that sick laugh. Also the story line was written perfect and shows the depth of what a father would do .

    more from this reviewer

    Love it

Love this movie. The film was creepy, suspenseful and atmospheric. Best of all you didn't see the thing or whatever it is that's haunting the house until later on. More scary movies should be like that. Some really creepy and intense scenes. Sure there jump scares but they work. Recommend this.
