If you're looking for a 70's Jane Fonda work-out this is NOT it! She has altered her program to adapt to changing ages, bodies, and abilities. I like the fact that in the basic work-out, there's no floor exercises. Getting up is kind of hard these days. But she works all the muscle groups and is patient in her explanations, often drawing attention to the needs of the "aging body". My 87-year old mother does these and enjoys them. I also like the fact that she incorporates weights for the arm exercises.

Ms. Fonda is pleasant and patient as she guides you through the workout. This is an excellent workout for people who are older or not in good shape. I appreciate the resistance training and the stretching. No lying on the ground thank goodness.
