Jericho - Season 2

Overview

Jericho returned for a second astounding season thanks to unprecedented and impassioned support from its legion of loyal fans, many of whom sent peanuts (reportedly totaling thousands of pounds) to the CBS offices in New York and Los Angeles. Why peanuts? That was a reference to the Season 1 cliffhanger finale, which ended with a character uttering "Nuts." Jericho returned for a second astounding season thanks to unprecedented and impassioned support from its legion of loyal fans, many of whom sent peanuts (reportedly totaling thousands of pounds) to the CBS offices in New York and Los Angeles. Why peanuts? That was a reference to the Season 1 cliffhanger finale, which ended with a character uttering "Nuts." CBS responded by bringing the series back for this concluding seven-episode Season 2 run in the spring of 2008. In the aftermath of a devastating nuclear explosion, and a battle with neighboring New Bern, the once peaceful town of Jericho begins to rebuild itself as it attempts to communicate with the outside world. The newly formed Cheyenne government strives to establish its stronghold in the region, but Jericho's citizens become suspicious of these new leaders as they question their true intentions.

    SAVE JERICHO

The best tv show, not on television anymore! If you haven't heard of Jericho, you are missing history. It is one of the only shows to be brought back because of the fans. Fans sent over 40,000 pounds of nuts, in reference to a line in the season 1 finale. Season two was a condensed version of an entire season, it may only be a few discs, but action packed, it will be sure to blow your mind. Order it, and join the fight to bring Jericho back!

The Walls Of Jericho Part 2

This is an excellent follow up to the first season and it's where we are just learning about what's happening beyond the blast zone. I hope that the film is made and it does the series some real justice.

A great show with superb performances

I have been waiting anxiously for the second season to be released. As a fan of the show I would have to say that this show found it's stride in the second season. My favorite episode was in this season where Jack was mistakenly identified by Mr Roeper as being a Tinkerbell. Hilarity ensues for sure. This is a show that constantly reminds me of the shooting pain I get in my sack each time I wipe myself and as a result I have completely refrained from self grooming. In conclusion I would highly recommend this season in particular.
