Great workout! I love how there are three 30 minute workouts focusing on arms, legs, and abs. I usually do one 30 minute workout along with yoga or pilates daily. As someone who often get bored doing the same routines over and over and need to constantly switch up my workouts, this one didn't get boring to me. It moves so quickly that the 30 minutes is over before you know it. When the moves seemed to get too easy, I just increased my weights and it felt like a new workout again. Great workout.
