    Highly Recommended - beginners to advanced!

    It is really hard to create a product that can appeal to someone who may just be starting to work out and someone who considers themselves an athlete...but Jillian has done it, again...

    I have been a fan of Jillian since "30 day shred" took 20 lbs off my body, and she definitely delivers with this one....

    The music is much improved from the last dvds, the girls she is working out with are old favorites and her funny one liners in this dvd make the intense, butt kicking workout just a TAD more tolerable ;)

    After 1 day I could barely move (in a good way), and by day 2 I was begging for more. I just finished level 1 and can definitely feel and even see a difference in my lower body, especially my "tire" as I like to say....the love handles are getting a little bit smaller thanks to Jill!!

    Highly recommended!

    Jillian Michaels, great as always, love this workout, it is challenging and never dull, have noticed a difference after doing this three times, thanx
