For $10 you get four amazing workouts AND a meal plan. This is the best value on the market. Other products that offer this much charge upwards of $100. Jillian keeps it fresh, fun, and effective. It's my favorite of her DVD's to date and puts 30 Day Shred to shame.
If you are serious about reshaping your body, this is the workout video for you! It is only Week 2 and my body has changed significantly. I am amazed at the effectiveness of the workouts - only about 20-ish min. per day! I have not followed the diet, but have been more mindful of my own. I wanted something to compliment to my cardio routine and this is perfect for an all-over body conditioning. It is hard but not impossible, but then... it's Jillian. She promises you'll be ripped in 30 and she delivers!
This is a great overall workout. It adds cardio and muscle training. It is hard, but so worth it. I feel like I just ran for an hour, and my thighs and buns were sore the next day. Its working! You can't expect great results without a little hard work...and there is no exception in this DVD. The only thing I recommend is taking it a little slow at first to give your muscles time to build and recover. So, try it every other day until you are ready to GET RIPPED!
Also suggest "Treat Your Knee Arthritis" if you have knee pain that interferes with your workout.
Great workout! I love how there are 4 quick workouts (about 2- minutes or so) to choose from. On days I don't have too much time to exercise I always feel better if I do one of these workouts since you get your cardio, weights and abs all in one. When it gets to easy, just increase your weights for more of a challenge. The workouts move quickly and she does not waste too much time explaining how to do each move which I like.
