I just worked out with the DVD for the first time yesterday and it was great! I had taken yoga in college just to see what it was like and fell in love. I can't afford classes so I wanted to get a dvd that could really get me into shape since I haven't done yoga since last year after classes ended. This DVD is great - I feel just as tired after 30 minutes as I did after an hour long class! There's movement involved instead of just holding the pose and that's where the real exercise takes place. There's also two different people you can watch/follow depending on your yoga experience/flexibility which is really nice. I'm somewhere in the middle so it's nice to see alternative poses/movements I can incorporate. Also, I know that Jillian is famous for being no-nonsense and pretty hard on people but she's very positive throughout the whole dvd. She's great at coaching you to stick through it and yoga is in general a very positive, peaceful practice and so she fits her attitude/manner toward this quite well. I haven't even gotten to Level 2 yet because I need to get back in the swing of things but I know this DVD will be a great asset to my getting back into shape! I'm already sore all over! :)

Great for those who want to combine yoga with some repetition. Two short 30 minute workouts. Always feel the burn at the end.

I've done yoga off and on for years. A couple of months ago I decided to start looking for a regular class. But none of the yoga classes at my gym  felt like a workout. This DVD does! It will make you sweat and you will be tired and probably swore by the end. This is NOT restorative yoga! You will not hold positions to "get a good stretch" or "find your inner peace". You WILL work up a sweat and possibly curse under your breath (I know I did).   Jullian will move through poses quickly because she wants you to get winded. If it's too much for you, slow down or do the modified poses that she offers. The workout can be modified to fit any yoga level.

i have and love her 30 day shred video, but i didnt love this one. she moves too fast to be able to enjoy the poses and a deep stretch. its hard to follow her when you first start doing it. i get that she wants it to be aerobic, but i still think its a little too fast. ive done yoga many times before and im 25 and in pretty good shape and i thought level one was hard. my 50 year old mother would not be able to do even the modified moves and she has done yoga before and works out a few times a week.

I have a number of yoga DVDs, and none are the same. As with Jillian's other workouts, this is definitely a worker. I was shocked by the intensity. I'm certainly not a yoga pro, but I do have some capability. This workout, however, challenged everything I know about yoga. Every muscle in my body has been worked overtime in both levels that Jillian offers. Definitely a great workout!

I'm new to doing Yoga and this DVD is wonderful. Jillian talks you through how to do different moves for your own body, so not only will it be a little easier but you'll still feel it working. I have never worked up such a sweat with any workout I've EVER tried. Jillian is amazing and motivating in this DVD.

Jillian's Yoga Meltdown is perfect! Jillian's workouts are always serious, and I feel she would not put her name on something that isn't guaranteed to provide results. This video comes with 2 (30) minute workouts. Level 1 and Level 2. I have done both, but struggled with Level 2. I have practiced basic Yoga over the years...and would give this video a thumbs up. If you are in the market for a video that teaches the fundamentals of Yoga with a bit of fusion involved, this is the video for you!

I have all 3 of Jillian's work out DVD's and have loved them. They all are super at getting toned fast and losing weight. I was looking forward to the release of this yoga video. When I bought it I was not disappointed. Level 1 is perfect for beginners but still challenging for any level of fitness. I love Jillian's no nonsense approach to getting fit. Her instructions are very easy to follow. Her inspiration to work beyond what you think you are able to do is excellent. I like the other people in the video that demonstrate how to do the moves. They are very fit but also seem like regular people that would be very approachable if you met them personally. I recommend all of Jillian Michael's work out DVD's

I love doing yoga and I just had to get this DVD when I seen it was by Jillian! Again she adds a bit of her own style and flair to the movements that help you to burn fat and strenghten. I would say this is not for a beginning doing yoga.
