    Ideal for the 50+ crowd

    This exercise dvd is excellent for me. I am over 50 years of age, but have been using this dvd ever since I received it. It's great because I can keep up with the exercisers and I am already getting results which is something that other exercise dvds that I have used have not been able to deliver. Great for everybody, but excellent for the 50+ exerciser.
