Kathy Smith put together a two-part routine meant for anyone in Time Saver: Lift Weights to Lose Weight. Each set of exercises is only 20 minutes and can be done separately or together for a harder workout. Smith promises to surpass "weight loss plateaus" with her simple motions. During the lessons, Smith keeps her instructions short and precise, leaving plenty of time for actual movements. This exercise dvd is excellent for me. I am over 50 years of age, but have been using this dvd ever since I received it. It's great because I can keep up with the exercisers and I am already getting results which is something that other exercise dvds that I have used have not been able to deliver. Great for everybody, but excellent for the 50+ exerciser.
